SVOX Mobile Voices 
It isn’t just on reboot. It also fails after mounting the phone as a drive in a pc. That faulty behavior started two updates ago. Please please please address this!
The voices won’t work when your phone is mounted as a drive on a pc. This is because the voice requires data from the SD card to run, and the SD card is unaccessible from the phone when it is mounted on the pc.
